Job summary

Versai Dermatology & Aesthetics is seeking a skilled Patient Care Coordinator who will guide patients from inquiry to visit, payment, and future bookings. The role requires experience in dermatology or medical-aesthetic clinics and a strong understanding of premium patient service.

You will coordinate appointments, treatments, and communications, ensuring accurate records and seamless patient journeys while collaborating with clinicians and staff to uphold Versai's high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in dermatology or medical-aesthetic clinics preferred.
• Experience as Patient Care Coordinator, Front Desk, or similar patient-facing role preferred.
• Familiar with patient inquiries, scheduling, confirmations, and treatment coordination.
• Strong ability to explain services within non-medical scope and manage premium client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients in a warm, professional, and service-oriented manner.
• Manage appointments, confirmations, rescheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups.
• Respond professionally to calls, online inquiries, messages, and patient communications.
• Maintain accurate patient, appointment, and administrative records.
• Receive payments, process POS transactions, and assist with daily transaction reporting.
• Coordinate patient treatments, schedules, packages, and follow-ups.
• Support patient retention and customer relationship activities.
• Apply existing industry knowledge while learning Versai's treatments, technologies, products, and workflows.
• Coordinate with dermatologists, nurses, aestheticians, management, and clinic personnel.
