Qualifications

• Active and valid State Board Aesthetician license is strictly required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an aesthetician, preferably within a dermatology clinic, plastic surgery practice, or medical spa environment.
• Proven hands-on experience with medical-grade skincare brands and advanced modalities (e.g., lasers, peels, microcurrent).

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to design customized, results-oriented treatment plans tailored to individual client goals and dermatological needs.
• Perform medical-grade facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, micro-needling, laser therapies, and assist dermatologists with advanced cosmetic procedures as needed.
• Educate clients on medical-grade skincare regimens, recommending appropriate retail products to maintain and enhance treatment results.
• Work closely with our dermatologists to cross-refer clients, ensuring a holistic approach to medical and cosmetic skin health.
• Maintain absolute cleanliness and sterilization of all treatment rooms, tools, and equipment in strict compliance with medical and state board safety standards.
• Keep detailed, accurate records of client consultations, treatment settings, and skin progress notes.
