Job summary

Doxo Ingredients, Inc is seeking a Logistics Supervisor for our Davao depot to oversee operations, inventory, and staff performance. The role requires coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, managing warehouse resources, and ensuring timely deliveries while preventing stock expiry.

The successful candidate will lead customer service and logistics teams, generate essential reports, and maintain strong relationships with depot personnel.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of any Business related courses.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in supervising logistic related function.
• Ability to confront underperforming staff and misconduct among officers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient operations of the Davao depot facility including personnel, warehouse, inventory, office and distribution resources (e.g., delivery trucks, forklifts).
• Supervise customer service and logistics operations (inbound, warehousing, outbound).
• Maintain inventories at optimum levels to fulfill orders with minimal expiry through staff management.
• Foster good relations with Davao Regional Depot staff, defining roles, providing training and timely feedback.
• Generate timely reports to protect assets and improve processes through strategic plans.
• Oversee accounts receivable within your area and ensure on-time payments.
• Coordinate with Client Services and Inbound Logistics on deliveries, inventory, availability and lead times.
• Protect company trade secrets and client-provided plans.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the efficient business operations of our Davao depot facility and resources which includes all our personnel, warehouse and its inventory, office, distribution resources like delivery trucks, forklifts, etc.

• Supervise both the customer service operation and logistics operation (from inbound, warehousing, and outbound)

• Remain strictly accountable for accurate forecasting and maintaining inventory at optimum levels to ensure the consistent fulfillment of orders while guaranteeing zero expired products within the facility through diligent staff management.

• Maintains a good relationship with personnel and staff of Davao Regional Depot by properly defining all their job description and expectation, continuous training and timely feedback on their performance. Maintain close supervision of all staff to make sure their moral and working skills are at their best.

• Generate relevant and timely reports which will assist our client and to protect all assets of the company and improve our business processes by formulating strategic plans towards growing our business.

• Stay on top of all accounts receivables under your area of responsibility making sure that all payments are made on time.

• Coordinate with our clients Customer Services Department and Inbound Logistics on matters relating to deliveries of goods, inventory, product availability and production lead time.

• Protect the company's trade secrets and plans, as well as the trade secrets and plans shared and entrusted to us by our clients.

• Perform other tasks to be assigned from time to time.
