Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Davao City, Philippines, seeks a seasoned Warehouse Supervisor to lead end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations at the San Rafael Distribution Center. You will oversee receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory control, while driving KPI performance and safe, compliant practices.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in industrial engineering or related field, 5–8 years in warehouse/logistics, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role within a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics operation.
• Experience with large-scale warehouse operations and customer-facing accounts is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned on-site at San Rafael Davao Regional Distribution Center.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
• Knowledge of supply chain, distribution, transportation, and warehouse best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned and work on-site in San Rafael Davao Regional Distribution Center.
• Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays when business operations require.
