Patient-Facing Responsibilities
Handling the front desk to greet patients and offer refreshments
Communicating with patients via Phone Call, Email, and WhatsApp for patient reminders, recalls, follow-ups, appointments, and questions about dentistry with professionalism and empathy
Being in charge of the company phone
Verifying and registering new patients, updating records, and scanning required documents such as medical history forms
Discharging patients, including dealing with cash/credit terminals and dispensing medications accurately
Administrative Responsibilities
Scheduling and arranging patients with appropriate appointment durations
Handling supplier deliveries of stock and invoices
Process/prepare billing, payments, payment plans, dental insurance forms, doctor memos, and Medisave and CHAS claims
End-of-day settlement and tallying payments
Maintaining patient and clinic confidentiality
End-of-month stock check and ensuring sufficient stock for day-to-day operation
Preparing goodie bags to give to patients
Helping management with social media content
General Responsibilities
Morning huddle: time-keeping, planning for the day to ensure everything goes smoothly
Communicating and supporting colleagues throughout the day
Maintaining infection control, tidiness, and cleanliness of the clinic
Opening and closing of the clinic
Watering of plants
Cleaning and sterilising of all dental instruments
Tuesday to Saturday: 9am to 6pm
On-Call Sundays: 9am to 1pm (x 1.5 OT - Report to work only in the event of emergency appointment/s)
Monday & Public Holidays: Closed
Eve of Chinese New Year, Christmas & New Year: 9am - 1pm (Half-day)

Possess at least the Singapore-Cambridge "N" Level or equivalent

Must have at least 2 Years of working experience in receptionist role
