Job summary

Judy Wong Clinic for Women in Singapore is seeking a receptionist to join a busy clinic at Thomson Medical Centre. You will handle front-desk duties, answer calls, register patients, schedule appointments, assist doctors, dispense medicines, and manage billing.

Candidates with N or O level qualifications, English and Mandarin language skills, and a customer-service mindset are welcomed. Open to those with or without prior experience; immediate hiring.

Qualifications

• N or O level qualifications required.
• English and Mandarin required for communication with Chinese-speaking patients.
• Candidates with receptionist/ admin experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls from patients.
• Registering patients and scheduling appointments.

Job Descriptions:

Job Requirements:

• Work location is at Clinic in Thomson Medical Centre
• 5.5 days working days (Monday to Friday & Saturday (half day))
• Candidates who possess "N" or "O" level qualifications
• With or without experience are welcome to apply
• Required language skills: English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese-speaking patients
• Candidates with previous experience as receptionist, admin or similar field are welcome to apply
• Customer service oriented, responsible, willing to learn, team player
