Job summary

One Nadela Dental Group in Alabang seeks a Dental Assistant to support dentists with chairside care, instrument prep, infection control, and smooth clinic flow at our new Alabang clinic.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, familiarity with dental instruments and sterilization, strong attention to detail and patient safety, and onsite availability 6 days a week including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant Dental Assistant experience.
• Familiar with dental instruments, materials, procedures, sterilization, and infection-control practices.
• Strong attention to detail and patient safety.
• Able to work onsite 6 days per week, including weekends/holidays.
• Willingness to learn clinic protocols and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during general, restorative, surgical, endodontic, orthodontic, cosmetic, and other dental procedures.
• Prepare operatories, instruments, materials, and equipment before each procedure.
• Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and properly store dental instruments and equipment according to infection-control standards.
• Turn over operatories efficiently between patients while maintaining cleanliness and readiness.
• Assist with dental imaging and other clinical procedures where trained and authorized.
• Support accurate patient charting, documentation, and treatment records.
• Provide patients with pre- and post-treatment instructions under the dentist's direction.
• Monitor dental materials, instruments, and supplies and flag replenishment needs.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and staff to maintain patient flow.
• Maintain clean, organized clinical areas throughout the day.
• Participate in clinic training and continuous-improvement initiatives.

The Role

We're looking for a Dental Assistant to help our dentists deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care at our new Alabang clinic. You'll work directly alongside our dentists and play a critical role in chairside support, clinical readiness, infection control, patient comfort, and day-to-day clinic flow.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of relevant Dental Assistant experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with common dental instruments, materials, procedures, sterilization, and infection-control practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to anticipate procedural requirements and work efficiently alongside dentists.
• Good interpersonal and patient-care skills.
• Organized, dependable, and able to remain composed in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Willingness to learn One Nadela Dental Group's clinical protocols, systems, and standards.
• Available to work onsite 6 days per week, including weekends and holidays as required by clinic operations.
