Job summary

One Nadela Dental Group seeks a skilled Dental Lab Technician to build in-house lab capability in Alabang. You will translate prescriptions, digital scans, and clinical requirements into accurate, aesthetically pleasing restorations and appliances, using CAD/CAM, 3D printing, and related workflows.

Responsibilities include fabricating, finishing, and QC of restorations, collaborating with dentists, and maintaining meticulous lab records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant dental laboratory experience.
• Experience with CAD/CAM, digital dentistry, 3D printing, zirconia, e.max, ceramics or related workflows.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, finish, adjust, and quality-check dental restorations and appliances.
• Interpret prescriptions, scans, impressions, models, and shade information.
• Coordinate with dentists on case specifications, fit, and aesthetics.
• Maintain accurate case records and lab documentation.

The Role

We're looking for a Dental Lab Technician to help build One Nadela Dental Group's in-house dental laboratory capability in Alabang, with particular focus on high-quality cosmetic, restorative, and digitally produced dental cases. You'll own the technical execution of assigned laboratory cases - translating prescriptions, digital scans, impressions, and clinical requirements into accurate, functional, and aesthetically consistent dental restorations and appliances.

What You'll Do

• Fabricate, finish, adjust, and quality-check assigned dental restorations, prostheses, appliances, and other laboratory cases.
• Work with CAD/CAM and digital dental workflows, including digital scans, case design, milling, and/or 3D printing as applicable.
• Support the fabrication and finishing of zirconia, e.max, ceramic, and other restorative cases within demonstrated competency.
• Accurately interpret prescriptions, digital files, impressions, models, shade information, and clinical instructions.
• Coordinate directly with dentists regarding case specifications, fit, aesthetics, modifications, and technical requirements.
• Perform finishing, characterization, polishing, adjustment, and quality-control procedures before case release.
• Track assigned cases against required turnaround times and proactively flag delays or technical issues.
• Maintain accurate case records and laboratory documentation.
• Properly operate, clean, and perform routine care of laboratory equipment and tools.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe laboratory environment.
• Monitor laboratory materials and supplies and communicate replenishment or maintenance requirements before they affect production.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of relevant dental laboratory experience is preferred.
• Practical experience producing restorative, cosmetic, prosthodontic, or similar dental laboratory cases.
• Experience with CAD/CAM, digital dentistry, 3D printing, zirconia, e.max, ceramics, or related workflows is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with dental laboratory equipment and digital design/manufacturing systems.
• Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, fit, function, shade, and aesthetics.
• High attention to detail and a strong quality-control mindset.
• Ability to interpret prescriptions and communicate effectively with dentists regarding technical case requirements.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple cases against turnaround deadlines.
• Relevant technical education, training, or certification in dental technology is an advantage.
• Available to work onsite for up to 6 days per week, depending on the agreed work schedule, including weekends as required.
