Job summary

One Nadela Dental Group in Metro Manila is seeking Associate Dentists who combine strong clinical fundamentals with excellent patient communication to provide comprehensive care across general dentistry and cosmetic treatments. You will work onsite, gain exposure to cosmetic, orthodontic, restorative, and digital dentistry, and collaborate with staff to maintain high standards of care.

Newly licensed dentists are welcome; prior clinical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Medicine or equivalent degree.
• Valid Philippine PRC license to practice dentistry.
• Newly licensed dentists welcome; prior clinical experience preferred.
• Strong fundamentals in diagnosis, treatment planning, and general dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Deliver high-quality general dental treatments within demonstrated competency: restorations, prophylaxis, extractions, endodontics, removable prosthodontics.
• Perform cosmetic/aesthetic procedures: whitening, veneers, smile enhancement.
• Manage orthodontic cases where trained, including assessment, treatment, and follow-up.
• Explain diagnoses, treatment options, risks, and aftercare to patients.
• Maintain complete clinical documentation and patient records.

The Role

We're looking for Associate Dentists who combine strong clinical fundamentals with excellent patient communication and a genuine interest in developing their practice. You'll provide comprehensive patient care across general dentistry while gaining exposure to One Nadela Dental Group's growing capabilities in cosmetic, aesthetic, orthodontic, restorative, and digital dentistry.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Deliver high-quality general dental treatments within your demonstrated competency, including restorations, oral prophylaxis, extractions, endodontic procedures, and removable prosthodontics.
• Perform or develop competency in cosmetic and aesthetic procedures, including whitening, veneers, smile enhancement, and related treatments.
• Manage orthodontic cases where appropriately trained and qualified, including assessment, treatment, adjustment, and follow-up.
• Clearly explain diagnoses, treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, aftercare, and treatment plans to patients.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation and patient records.
• Follow One Nadela Dental Group's clinical standards, infection-control protocols, patient-safety requirements, and case documentation procedures.
• Work closely with Dental Assistants, Front Desk Officers, laboratory personnel, and fellow dentists to coordinate patient care.
• Manage patient follow-ups and continuity of care for assigned cases.
• Participate in clinical training, case discussions, and professional-development activities.

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or equivalent recognized dental degree.
• Valid Philippine PRC license to practice dentistry.
• Newly licensed dentists with strong clinical foundations and demonstrated potential are welcome to apply; prior clinical experience is preferred.
• Strong fundamentals in diagnosis, treatment planning, and general dentistry.
• Good clinical judgment and understanding of patient safety and infection control.
• Strong patient communication and chairside manner.
• Appropriate training and demonstrated competency before independently performing specialized procedures.
• Orthodontic, cosmetic, restorative, or digital-dentistry experience is an advantage.
• Receptive to feedback, case collaboration, and continuous clinical development.
• Available to practice onsite for up to 6 days per week, depending on the agreed work schedule.
