Job summary

One Nadela Dental Group is seeking a Clinic & Dental Lab Manager to own day-to-day operations at the Alabang clinic and in-house lab. You will ensure safe, efficient, and patient-ready operations while coordinating with dentists, front desk, assistants, and the lab team.

You will manage case flow, turnaround times, inventory, and quality controls, while aligning with SOPs and continuous-improvement initiatives. Weekend onsite work is required as scheduled.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in clinic operations, healthcare operations, dental practice management, or dental laboratory operations.
• Experience supervising or coordinating a frontline team is preferred.
• Working knowledge of dental clinic operations and dental laboratory workflows.
• Familiarity with laboratory case management, turnaround times, inventory, equipment, and quality-control processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Comfortable using digital systems, spreadsheets, and operational data to manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day clinic and dental laboratory operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and consistent performance.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, patient flow, and operational priorities across the clinic.
• Supervise Front Desk Officers, Dental Assistants, and Dental Lab Technician.
• Monitor laboratory case flow from receipt through production and release.
• Track case turnaround times and resolve bottlenecks affecting patient schedules.
• Ensure SOPs, infection-control, safety, and administrative processes are followed.
• Monitor supplies, equipment, maintenance, and inventory controls.
• Coordinate with dentists and the Lab Technician on requirements without replacing clinical judgment.
• Elevate operational issues to leadership or shared-services as needed.
• Coach staff on performance and service standards.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Finance, Admin for shared-services support.
• Address patient-service issues that cannot be resolved frontline.
• Support implementation of new systems, workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives.
