Qualifications

• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics or any business-related field.
• At least 3 years work experience in Demand Planning and People Management.
• Effective communication and influencing skills.
• High proficiency in Excel and has knowledge with Basic Macro.

Responsibilities

• S&OP forecasting: manage baseline per SKU per CU-channel and align with sales/marketing; communicate demand plan to supply chain; identify gaps and quantify risks.
• Insights: gather historical data and market insights; participate in business reviews with sales units.
• People management: coach the team; represent the team to management; collaborate with other functions while advocating for team interests.

Role Overview

The Demand Planning Associate Manager will handle General Trade Demand Planning and GT S&OP team . Role is involved in heavy coordination with management (including sales directors) to align S&OP targets and communicate any management decisions to the team.

Key Responsibilities

1. S&OP Forecasting

• Manage development of baseline per SKU per CU-channel based on recent trends
• Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to integrate assumptions and plans
• Communicate and align demand plan with supply chain for supportability and financial outlook
• Quantify opportunities and risks to the forecast and facilitate identification of gap bridging activities.
• Incorporate external data in forecast to improve forecast accuracy.

2. Insights Expert

• Understands Historical Volume and Events of total General Trade and Market assigned (Exposure to market. ie. Market visits, FGDs, etc.)
• Gather qualitative and quantitative data and generate Market Insights
• Participate in business reviews with sales units

3. People Management

• Provide coaching to the team
• Represent the whole team to management and can pass down instructions
• Collaborate with other functions while representing the interest of his/her team
