Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines is seeking a dedicated Cold Drink Equipment (CDE) Data Analyst to manage timely reporting and perform thorough data analytics. The role emphasizes data integrity, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining CDE databases, platforms, and portals.

The analyst will also consolidate inventory data, generate KPI indicators, and investigate deviations in CAPEX/OPEX while supporting special CDE projects across the business.

• Experience with SAP is a plus.

Role Overview

Cold Drink Equipment (CDE) Data Analyst is responsible for the timely management reporting and thorough data analytics, ensure data integrity of system generated reports by aligning across data input stakeholders, act as the official source and interpreter/qualifier of CDE reports and KPIs and manage CDE Database, platform and portal management

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Oversight and management of database Integrity

• Consolidation and maintenance of CDE database (Coolers, Fountains, dispensers, vending) records
• Periodic validation that data entered into the system, by end users, is compliant with guidelines set by CDE team
• Ensure data integrity of cross functional company reports specific to cold drink equipment (i.e. RED)
• Coordinate immediate mitigation/fixes of identified data integrity issues with HO and CU stakeholders

Alignment of database and system platforms

• Ensure that all dependent data end users and database platforms are updated if there is an update
• Collaborate with Internal Controls and Finance to ensure alignment of databases (EM, AM, IM)
• Coordinate with Sales processes to ensure EM and SAP customer master details and sales routes (SCLs) are always aligned/updated:
• RTM sites (DOG, Non DOG, Indirect)
• Non RTM (MEP/MLP Customer outlets with CDEs)
• Key Accounts (NKA and SA) customer database

Consolidation and analysis of Inventory

• Analyse productivity of in-trade CDEs (coolers and fountains)
• Analyse availability of on hand CDEs to ensure updated data
• Provide list of CDEs for condemnation and initiate process with CDEOEs
• Monitor CDEs on hand which are for repair
• Facilitate database updates for “found” CDEs which were formerly labelled as “missing”

Generate and interpret all indicators related to the daily operation of CDE operations

• Productivity scores of CDEs in-trade…leading to recommendations for right sizing
• Operative KPIs (Service calls, repairs and maintenance, preventive maintenance, work orders)

Consolidate, analyse and investigate deviations on CAPEX and OPEX

• Perform monthly billing audits on purchased equipment, work orders – movements
• Monitor performance vs. BP vs. internal targets related to cost management
• Interpret and investigate financial risks (unplanned accruals, unpaid invoices, hanging work orders)

Data source and analytics for special projects related to CDE strategies

• Execute data gathering activities and cross functional coordination for CDE initiated special projects
• Participate in cross-functional meetings for special projects wherein CDE management is impacted
• Consolidate and analyse potential impact on CDE database as a result of special projects (CDE or non CDE led)

Position Requirements

• Knowledge in Database analytics and Compute Systems and platforms
• Knowledge on business processes and finance processes
• Background experience in Reporting
• Process oriented and systematic thought process
• SAP background is a plus
