Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines is seeking a Demand Planning Associate Manager to oversee General Trade Demand Planning and the GT S&OP team. The role involves heavy coordination with management to align targets and communicate decisions to the team.

The position requires a strong background in demand planning, leadership, and Excel proficiency, with a focus on delivering accurate forecasts and market insights within a dynamic FMCG environment.

Qualifications

Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics or any business-related field.
At least 3 years work experience in Demand Planning and People Management.
Effective communication and influencing skills.
High proficiency in Excel and has knowledge with Basic Macro.

Responsibilities

S&OP forecasting: manage baseline per SKU per CU-channel and align with sales/marketing; communicate demand plan to supply chain; identify gaps and quantify risks.
Insights: gather historical data and market insights; participate in business reviews with sales units.
People management: coach the team; represent the team to management; collaborate with other functions while advocating for team interests.
