Job summary

Suy Sing Commercial Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Delivery Scheduling Specialist to plan and coordinate deliveries to customers from Kidapawan. You will ensure on-time, complete deliveries while optimizing loads and costs, following set service standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling deliveries, balancing truck capacity, responding to complaints, coordinating invoicing and delivery reports, and supporting warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any degree.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work during Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule timely delivery to customer
• Follow strictly all parameters set for delivering goods e.g., truck size, availability, location sketch for new customer, customers/trip, route etc.; balances truck load capacity and customer service
• Respond to minor customers' complaints within the day, refers major issues to the manager
• Submit to Accounting Department delivery invoices and other documents
• Send all delivery related reports to respective departments
• Print and sort delivery invoices by customer and by area accurately
• Arrange warehouse copy of the invoice according to picker assignment
• Arrange all invoices for delivery according to delivery schedule
• Forward all next day delivery invoices to warehouse for picking
