Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

Responsibilities

• Monitors delivery trucks to ensure on time arrival to customer
• Provide feedback and solution to customer complaints on late delivery, short packing, short delivery, wrong packing, case switching, wrong delivery and personnel attitude
• Inform sales if the trucker encountered problems with the customer, (wrong ship to address, no payment, nobody to receive, long receiving time etc.)
• Constantly give suggestions and ideas on how to improve work processes and service to customers.
• Assist truckers on problems like long receiving, cannot locate customer address, troubleshooting of ATM POS
• Seeks feedbacks from customers regarding delivery service and personnel

Education
