Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors delivery trucks to ensure on time arrival to customer.
• Provide feedback and solutions to customer complaints on late delivery, short packing, wrong packing, case switching, delivery issues, and staff attitude.
• Inform sales if trucker encountered problems with the customer (wrong ship-to address, no payment, no recipient, long receiving time).
• Suggest improvements to work processes and service to customers.
• Assist truckers with issues like locating addresses or ATM POS troubleshooting.
• Seek feedback from customers regarding delivery service and personnel.
