Optimove Multiservices Corp. in Cavite, Philippines, is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to support daily delivery and transport operations by coordinating truck assignments, routes, schedules, and delivery activities to ensure dispatch plans are followed.

You will monitor progress, escalate incidents, and work with drivers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders to keep operations smooth, accurate, and compliant.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in delivery, transport, or logistics operations.
• Exposure to delivery coordination or fleet operations is an advantage.
• Willing to work flexible schedules based on operational needs.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily delivery and transport operations by coordinating truck assignments, routes, schedules, and activities to ensure dispatch plans and timelines.
• Monitor delivery progress, truck availability, and utilization; escalate delays or issues to the Delivery Supervisor.
• Coordinate with drivers, delivery teams, warehouse personnel, and stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of delivery documents and records while supporting compliance requirements.
• Serve as the primary coordination point during operations with timely updates and status reports.
• Identify operational issues and support corrective actions and contingency plans during disruptions.
• Prepare and consolidate operational updates, performance summaries, and process improvement initiatives.
