Qualifications

• Experience in training staff for delivery roles is preferred.
• Ability to orient truckers on delivery policies and procedures.
• Wamiliarity with scheduling and customer service processes is a plus.

OVERALL PURPOSE:

Trains employees in various positions in the delivery unit; orients truckers'personnel on delivery policies and procedures.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Train employees for the positions of Delivery scheduling specialist, Delivery admin staff, Delivery customer service.
• Take over various functions in the delivery unit during cww and leave.
• Orients new trucker employees on Suy Sing delivery policies and procedures
• Assist Delivery Manager in addressing delivery concerns

CONDITIONS:

• Must be willing to undergo 3 months training in Meycauayan Bulacan & another 3 months in Davao( (Accommodation and Allowances are provided during the training))
