Job summary

Optimove Multiservices Corp. is seeking a Delivery Clerk to accurately encode, record, and maintain delivery data and documents. This role ensures timely, complete, and reliable documentation for monitoring, reporting, billing, and compliance.

The position involves encoding trip data, maintaining PODs and delivery receipts, and coordinating with drivers and supervisors to resolve discrepancies, while supporting payroll and reconciliation processes with precise data input.

Qualifications

• Vocational course or college level in business/administrative field.
• Experience in data encoding, clerical work, or logistics documentation is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and data entry ability.

Responsibilities

• Encode delivery details, trip data, and hauling information into the system accurately and on time.
• Record, update, verify, and maintain delivery documents, including trip tickets, delivery receipts, and POD.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and electronic delivery records for audit/reference purposes.
• Track missing, incomplete, or delayed delivery documents and coordinate follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Delivery Coordinators, drivers, and supervisors to clarify data, discrepancies, and document status updates.
• Assist in the preparation of delivery summaries, hauling efficiency reports, payroll, billing, and reconciliation through accurate data inputs.
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by management.
