Job summary

RRJ in the Philippines seeks a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to support warehouse and delivery operations in Cainta Rizal. You will encode receipts, invoices, stock movements, routes, and fleet data to ensure data integrity across systems.

In this role, you will collaborate with warehouse, dispatch, and delivery teams to resolve discrepancies and generate daily to monthly operational reports. Strong MS Office skills and accurate typing are essential; familiarity with WMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• College graduate or completed vocational/two-year college courses. (Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Fast and highly accurate typing skills to prevent discrepancies in inventory.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Encode delivery receipts, invoices, and stock movements into the company’s system or tracker.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments, reconcile physical stock with system-generated reports.
• Encode daily delivery routes, truck odometer readings, fleet fuel consumption, and returned items.
• Compile and prepare accurate daily, weekly, or monthly operational reports.
• Communicate with warehouse staff, dispatch teams, and delivery riders to resolve discrepancies.
• Organize, file, and maintain both digital and physical records for audits and future reference.
