Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
At least 1–2 years of experience in delivery, transport, or logistics operations.
Exposure to delivery coordination, dispatch, or fleet operations is an advantage.
Willing to work flexible schedules based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

Coordinate truck assignments, routes, schedules, and delivery activities to align with dispatch plans.
Monitor delivery progress and update delays or issues to the Delivery Supervisor.
Collaborate with drivers, delivery teams, warehouse staff and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
Ensure delivery documents and records are complete and accurate for compliance.
Provide timely updates and communicate customer-related delivery concerns.
Identify operational issues and support contingency plans during disruptions or peak operations.
Prepare operational updates and performance reports and support process improvements.
