Responsibilities

• Coordinate truck assignments, routes, schedules, and delivery activities to align with dispatch plans.
• Monitor delivery progress and update delays or issues to the Delivery Supervisor.
• Collaborate with drivers, delivery teams, warehouse staff and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Ensure delivery documents and records are complete and accurate for compliance.
• Provide timely updates and communicate customer-related delivery concerns.
• Identify operational issues and support contingency plans during disruptions or peak operations.
• Prepare operational updates and performance reports and support process improvements.

The Delivery Coordinator supports daily delivery and transport operations by coordinating schedules, monitoring execution, and ensuring timely completion of assigned deliveries. The role focuses on operational coordination, documentation, and real time issue resolution to ensure service commitments and performance standards are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support daily delivery and transport operations by coordinating truck assignments, routes, schedules, and delivery activities to ensure adherence to dispatch plans and timelines.
• Monitor delivery progress, truck availability, and utilization, and immediately elevate delays, incidents, or operational issues to the Delivery Supervisor.
• Coordinate closely with drivers, delivery teams, warehouse personnel, and other stakeholders to support smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of delivery documents, trip tickets, delivery receipts, liquidation records, and other operational records while supporting compliance requirements.
• Serve as the primary coordination point during operations by providing timely updates, operational status reports, and communication of customer-related delivery concerns.
• Assist in identifying operational issues, providing coordination support, recommending corrective actions, and supporting contingency plans during service disruptions or peak operations.
• Prepare and consolidate operational updates, performance summaries, utilization reports, and support process improvement initiatives and other duties assigned by management.
