Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in client acquisition or sales in financial services.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and advisory products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality leads through research, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Prospect SMEs to large corporates to build an acquisition pipeline.
• Pitch financial products including Debt Syndication, Equity, M&A Advisory, Leasing, and Structured Finance.
• Conduct meetings to understand client requirements and propose financial solutions.
• Convert leads into mandates by demonstrating product knowledge and advisory capabilities.
• Build relationships with promoters, CFOs, and senior decision-makers.
• Maintain CRM records for pipeline visibility and activity tracking.
• Collaborate with internal deal teams for onboarding and execution.
• Attend industry events to generate visibility and opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.
