The Corporate Institute is seeking a senior leader to drive the company’s global capital markets strategy, investor franchise, and inorganic growth agenda. This role offers high visibility with top management and global stakeholders.

The incumbent will shape and deliver growth across debt/equity fundraising, IPO readiness, and strategic transactions, reporting to the Managing Director in a fast‑growing NBFC context.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience across investment banking, capital markets, investor relations, or strategy.
• Strong global exposure and relationships with institutional investors and financial sponsors.
• Proven track record in fundraising (debt/equity), M&A, and strategic transactions.
• Experience in NBFCs, financial services, or banking preferred.
• Ability to operate in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment with board-level visibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic investor induction and manage global investor engagement across key regions.
• Drive transformation, technology and AI-led initiatives aligned with growth roadmap.
• Evaluate and execute strategic M&A opportunities and active deal pipeline.
• Lead private equity fundraising for housing finance and drive IPO readiness.
• Own the annual USD debt issuance program and manage relationships with global banks and rating agencies.
• Grow institutional franchise, lead earnings calls and international investor outreach.
