Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in debt collection.
• Experience leading Collection Specialists teams.
• Experience handling diverse portfolios including bank loans and credit cards.
• Knowledge of Philippine consumer protection laws and BSP regulations.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to monitor and coach staff and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Collection Specialists to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Monitor calls and assess agents’ performance for quality, productivity, and compliance.
• Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews to improve strategies and recovery rates.
• Track team performance with collection reports and metrics.
• Maintain a high-m Morale and a disciplined, target-driven work environment.
