6–8 years of experience in Credit Operations/Collections in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

Lead and shape the Collections function, including policy development and technology implementation.
Oversee collection agents or credit operations personnel (2–3+ years of managerial experience).
Apply strong negotiation and restructuring skills to recover assets and protect portfolio quality.
Utilize AI tools and data dashboards to monitor performance and drive productivity.
