Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in insurance, automotive, or dealership sectors.
• 1+ years in account management or relationship roles.
• Strong understanding of motor vehicle or vehicle insurance products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with clients.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to meet sales targets.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Organised and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the Philippine dealership market is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Metro Manila.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new dealership accounts and expand partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership principals, managers, and decision-makers.
• Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored insurance solutions for dealerships.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing for mutual benefit and profitability.
• Monitor account performance and identify cross-selling opportunities to hit targets.
• Provide ongoing support and customer service to ensure retention.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and customer service for seamless experiences.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads.
