Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with dealers, brokers, and other external partners to foster trust and collaboration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all dealer and broker inquiries, ensuring responsive and effective communication.
- Regularly meet with dealers and brokers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of dealers and brokers against sales targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide feedback, coaching, and support to dealers and brokers to help them achieve their performance objectives.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting key trends, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Sales Support and Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales through the dealer and broker network.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, promotional offers, and incentives that motivate dealers and brokers to achieve sales goals.
- Ensure that dealers and brokers have the necessary tools, resources, and support to succeed, including training, product information, and marketing materials.
- Contract Negotiation and Compliance:
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms with dealers and brokers, ensuring favorable terms for the company while maintaining mutually beneficial relationships.
- Ensure that all dealer and broker activities are in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Handle any disputes or contractual issues, working with legal counsel as necessary to resolve them.
- Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments that may impact dealer and broker relationships or sales.
- Share insights with the sales and marketing teams to adapt strategies and stay ahead of market demands.
- Conduct periodic competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the dealer and broker network.
- Training and Development:
- Organize and conduct training sessions for dealers and brokers to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively sell the company’s products and services.
- Provide ongoing support and professional development opportunities to ensure dealers and brokers remain motivated and knowledgeable.
- Customer Satisfaction and Service:
- Work with dealers and brokers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained throughout the sales process.
- Address any customer service issues or complaints that arise, collaborating with the relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor customer feedback through dealers and brokers to identify areas for improvement in products or services.
- Collaboration and Cross-functional Support:
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment of goals and seamless communication with dealers and brokers.
- Act as a liaison between dealers/brokers and the company’s senior management to address strategic and operational issues.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Other duties as assigned to ensure the effective management of dealer and broker relationships and to support the company’s growth and success in the marketplace.
Key Requirements
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or relationship management is a plus.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or business development, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within a dealer and broker network or similar industry.

- Experience in managing dealer/broker networks, sales performance, and contract negotiations.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a network of dealers and brokers.
- Ability to think strategically and make decisions based on market insights, performance data, and business objectives.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all dealings with dealers, brokers, and customers.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales goals, improving dealer performance, and maximizing profitability.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position, typically in an office environment, with frequent travel to visit dealers, brokers, and attend industry events.
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for meetings, events, or special projects.
