Job Requirements

• At least 2-4 years’ experience in after sales, field sales, or territory management.
• Driver’s license and willingness to travel across region.
• Experience working in automotive industry or dealer network operation is an advantage.
• Amenable to attend interviews.
• Can start as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and drive dealers’ achievement of sales targets to support overall regional performance and revenue growth.
• Lead and execute localized sales and marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and expand market share across the Visayas region.
• Collaborate closely with Service Managers to enhance workshop productivity, optimize parts inventory management, and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results.
• Conduct regular dealer audits and Business Health Checks to ensure profitability, operational efficiency, and compliance with company global standards and policies.
• Provide on-site dealership support, performance coaching, and strategic guidance to improve sales effectiveness and operational results.
• Travel regularly within the Visayas region while maintaining direct reporting responsibilities to the Cebu Office.
