Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course; for undergraduates (at least 2 years) must have 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.
• Mission-driven with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relationship-builder who can influence, work independently or in teams, adapt under pressure, and is proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead dealer recruitment and onboarding to expand and strengthen the network.
