Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a dynamic leader to lead dealer recruitment and onboarding, expanding the network across the Philippines.

You will drive growth by acquiring new dealers, building strong relationships, and providing onboarding and training to ensure dealer success. With a focus on KPIs and sales targets, you will work independently or in teams, leveraging MS Office tools to analyze performance and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course; for undergraduates (at least 2 years) must have 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.
• Mission-driven with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relationship-builder who can influence, work independently or in teams, adapt under pressure, and is proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
