Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a dynamic field sales leader to drive branch growth by recruiting dealers, building strong dealer relationships, and expanding the dealer network through active fieldwork.

You will conduct in-store trainings, promote products, and ensure training materials are up to date. The role includes coaching dealers on group management and collaborating with the Branch Manager to resolve concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience in direct selling, retail, business operations, sales/marketing.
• Recruiting, training and people management experience is an advantage.
• Willing to undergo a six-week management training program.
• Supervisor role in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time position available.
• Willing to do fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Grow branch sales through dealer recruitment.
• Build and maintain good dealer relationships.
• Conduct fieldwork to widen dealer network.
• Lead in-store trainings and product promotions.
• Ensure training materials are updated and tools work.
• Coach dealers on dealer group management and progression.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to resolve dealer concerns.
