Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in the Philippines seeks a results-driven Supervisor to optimize contact-center processes and monitor performance. You will manage dealer call lists, support the 3Rs—Repeat Purchase Orders, retention, and reactivation—and lead training efforts for staff.

You will implement data-driven improvements, analyze performance trends, and help drive sales conversions and customer satisfaction through effective campaigns and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a contact center environment, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), data analytics, and contact center tools.
• Proficient in contact center technologies, performance management systems, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Identify workflow bottlenecks, improve processes, monitor KPIs, and generate performance reports for Representatives and Team Leaders.
• Manage and distribute dealer call lists to maximize contact and support 3Rs—Repeat Purchase Order, Retention, and Reactivation.
• Provide technical support, conduct training, identify skills gaps, develop training materials, and assess training effectiveness.
• Develop strategies to increase dealer purchases, improve the Kumustahan process, and recommend sales and conversion strategies.
• Assist in SMS blast campaigns, including data preparation, scheduling, execution, and reporting.
• Support initiatives focused on sales, conversion, customer satisfaction, and operational improvement; create presentations and improvement programs.
• Analyze performance trends and customer data to identify opportunities, recommend data-driven improvements, and enhance overall team efficiency and results.
