Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a result-driven professional to support order processing, invoicing, and customer service for dealers and customers across the Philippines.

You will process orders, maximize upselling opportunities, handle MCP transactions, and encode new recruit data while upholding 5S standards and planograms. Ideal candidates are graduates with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate with a college degree.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, or relationship management is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and team skills with ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, and cash compliance.
• Process orders and maximize upselling opportunities.
• Handle MCP transactions and encode new recruit data.
• Conduct RPO/H2H calls and provide timely support to dealers and customers.
• Maintain planogram and 5S standards and manage product availability.
• Participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives.
