Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an Order to Cash Ops Associate Manager in a hybrid role based in Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 2. The role oversees teams in Order Management, Billing, AR/Collections, ensuring productivity and quality metrics are met and reported.

You will manage complex cases, liaise with cross-functional teams, and contribute to process improvements with automation, Power BI dashboards, and evolving AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• 5-years supervisory experience.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in one or more of: Sales/Order Management, Billing, Collections, Deductions Management, Cash Application.

Responsibilities

POSITION TITLE: Order to Cash Ops Assoc Manager

WORK SETUP: Hybrid

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The person will be responsible for overseeing teams of Processors and Analysts under Order management/Billing and Accounts Receivable/Collections. He/ she has performance oversight for their team and ensures that productivity and quality metrics are met and reported. He/ she also oversees complex cases and customers and troubleshoots issues.
• Ability to identify and assess process related complexities and propose potential solutions
• Flag risks in a timely manner to external and internal stakeholders with proposed plans
• Build solid relationship with stakeholders’ / business partners
• Ability to liaise / work with cross-functional teams, for instance, mobilization / transition; technology services, recruitment, human capital development, etc.
• Build brilliant control framework to ensure flawless delivery of services in line with established service level agreements
• Exposure to business transformation – basic-to-intermediate knowledge on automation / hyper automation / Power BI dashboards / ML / Gen AI

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
