Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Order to Cash Operations Manager in Quezon City with a Return to Office setup. You will oversee teams of Processors and Analysts in Order Management, Billing and Accounts Receivable/Collections, ensuring productivity and quality metrics are met and reported.

The role emphasizes production supervision, service level performance, quality improvement, and implementing performance plans. Night shift, weekends off, location at Cyberpark Tower 3, Quezon City.

Qualifications

• At least 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in OTC specific to Order Management and Billing.
• At least 5 years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Production Supervision and Support: Coordinates individual and team work assignments; monitors workload balancing; supports high-quality work; monitors performance for improvement.
• SLA and Performance Metrics: Ensures service levels are met or exceeded; reviews daily/weekly/monthly SLAs; acts as front line for service level questions.
• Quality: Provides feedback to Quality for improvements; monitors error trends; ensures timely feedback on quality issues.
• Performance Management: Assists in creating Performance Improvement Plans; suggests motivation tactics, incentives and rewards.

OVERALL PURPOSE: The person will be responsible for overseeing teams of Processors and Analysts under Order management/Billing and Accounts Receivable/Collections. He/ she has performance oversight for their team and ensures that productivity and quality metrics are met and reported. He/ she also oversees complex.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports high-quality work through a positive environment
  • Monitors team members performance with the focus on improvement
• Service Level Agreements and Performance Metrics
  • Ensures individual and team service levels are met or exceeded
  • Assists in reviewing daily, weekly and monthly service levels and provides recommendations for improvements
  • Front line contact for questions or issues surrounding service levels
• Quality
  • Participates in providing feedback to the Quality team for improvement suggestions
  • Works with auditing resources on individual and team error trends
  • Ensures timely feedback is provided to individuals and teams on quality issues, changes or trends
• Performance Management
  • Assists in the creation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for Team Members not meeting expected production or quality targets, monitors program for a defined period
  • Provides suggestions to Management on unit performance, including motivation tactics, incentive programs and performance rewards
