Job summary

Accenture PLC in Mandaluyong is seeking a Vietnamese Procure to Pay Ops Analyst to support the Accounts Payable processing team. The role focuses on billing accuracy, vendor contacts, and issue resolution in a hybrid setup.

You will log and track tickets, perform root-cause analysis, prepare month-end reports, and ensure process controls. Fluency in Vietnamese is required; prior domain knowledge is not needed. Morning shift with weekends off as stated.

Qualifications

• Minimum Language Proficiency; Familiar, open to higher proficiency when available

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for users, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Receive, log, track, and resolve tickets, incidents, and service requests.
• Perform initial analysis and root cause identification.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams.
• Monitor ticket aging and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and process updates.
• Prepare Key Control and other Monthend reports
• Support compliance with process controls and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with Local Finance, IT, Procurement, Treasury, and other stakeholders as needed.
• All other tasks assigned by Lead

POSITION TITLE: Vietnamese Procure to Pay Ops Analyst

WORK SETUP: Hybrid

OVERALL PURPOSE: The Accounts Payable Processing team focuses on designing, implementing, managing and supporting accounts payable activities by applying the relevant processes, policies and applications. The team is responsible for timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
