Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Accounts Payable Processing specialist to design, implement, manage and support AP activities, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payments. The role focuses on resolving tickets, maintaining documentation, and producing month-end reports while supporting audit controls.

The ideal candidate will be the primary contact for users and vendors, perform initial analyses, escalate complex issues, monitor aging, and collaborate with Finance, IT, Procurement, and Treasury

Qualifications

• Vietnamese language proficiency is required.
• Interest in accounts payable processes and ticket management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for users, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Receive, log, track, and resolve tickets, incidents, and service requests.
• Perform initial analysis and root cause identification.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams.
• Monitor ticket aging and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and process updates.
• Prepare Key Control and other Month end reports.
• Support compliance with process controls and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with Local Finance, IT, Procurement, Treasury, and other stakeholders as needed.
