Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is hiring a Vietnamese Procure to Pay Ops Analyst for our Mandaluyong hybrid setup. The role focuses on accounts payable processing, ensuring timely and accurate handling of invoices and related activities.

You will serve as the main contact for users and vendors, log and resolve tickets, and assist in month-end reporting and compliance with controls. Morning shift with weekends off as described.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for users, vendors and stakeholders.
• Log, track, and resolve tickets and service requests.
• Perform initial analysis and root cause identification.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams.
• Monitor ticket aging and ensure timely resolution.
• Document issues, resolutions and process updates.
• Prepare key control and month-end reports.
• Support process controls and audit compliance.
• Coordinate with Local Finance, IT, Procurement and Treasury.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Lead.

Overall Purpose

The Accounts Payable Processing team focuses on designing, implementing, managing and supporting accounts payable activities by applying the relevant processes, policies and applications. The team is responsible for timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for users, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Receive, log, track, and resolve tickets, incidents, and service requests.
• Perform initial analysis and root cause identification.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams.
• Monitor ticket aging and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and process updates.
• Prepare Key Control and other Monthend reports
• Support compliance with process controls and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with Local Finance, IT, Procurement, Treasury, and other stakeholders as needed.
• All other tasks assigned by Lead
