Job summary

Accenture PLC in Quezon City is seeking an Instructor Senior Analyst to manage and deliver trainer-led sessions across varying batches. The role emphasizes policy, process, and product training in both classroom and online environments, with a focus on bridging gaps through targeted coaching.

You'll develop courses for diverse trainees and markets, lead RCA-driven training plans, and track activity while coordinating with business teams to drive performance and consistency with local conditions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in training/learning.
• At least 6 months contact center experience.
• Individual contributor with no domain requirement.

• Lead training projects and deliver process/product/policy training in classroom/online environments.

POSITION TITLE: Instructor Senior Analyst

WORK SETUP: Return to Office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Training batches of 5 to 25 HC per Training schedule.
• Lead training projects.
• Deliver process/product/policy training in classroom/online environment.
• Develop and deliver training courses for different trainees/markets/products.
• Identify and assess training needs of the team to bridge any process/policy gaps for better performance and understanding about the policy.
• Lead all Process RCA and build training plan to deliver.
• Track and Report all Training activities of New Batches
• Participate/lead policy briefings to ensure any changes are consistent and in line with local cultural, socio, geographical and political conditions.
• Work with business team to achieve top performance, including group coaching, bottom performers identification and training.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
