Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an Instructor Analyst to deliver training programs for new hires, covering pre-process, voice, and client-specific processes at the Quezon City site. The role follows a return-to-office setup and requires eligibility to live and work in the Philippines.

You will mentor colleagues, participate in quality calibration calls, and propose improvements to communications coaching and training processes.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of F&A experience (PTP, RTR, or OTC).
• Individual Contributor experience.
• Experience in writing DTPs is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Training experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs including end-to-end new hire training and policy briefings.
• Propose continuous improvements in training and coaching processes.
• Mentor employees to provide communication coaching support.
• Attend quality calibration calls and provide recommendations.
• Provide coaching and training support to other businesses.
