Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Collections Support Associate in Quezon City on a hybrid setup. The role focuses on executing the Order to Cash collection processes with emphasis on efficiency and first-time quality.

Responsibilities include monitoring AR, supporting metrics, and coordinating work while escalating issues for timely resolutions. Night shifts apply with weekends off, and there is opportunity to upskill in collections components during training.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of work experience in collections or related roles.
• Exposure to Order to Cash processes and AR handling.
• Willingness to upskill in collections components during training.

Responsibilities

• Manages and execute Order to Cash Collection process.
• Support to maintain and improve service performance metrics reports including, but not limited to, collection AR to customers and maintain acceptable level of overdue invoices
• Provide status of work in process, customers portfolio, assist in planning and coordinating execution of work, elevate issues in a timely and appropriate manner while pushing to identify resolutions.
• Provide quality, cost effective service while looking at ways to contribution to process improvement in collections.
• Ownership over the accounts receivable subledger and supporting with month-end close.
• May provide ad-hoc analyses and summaries of information as requested.
• Provide resolutions/assistance for email and voice channels.

POSITION TITLE: Collections Support Associate

WORK SETUP: Hybrid

OVERALL PURPOSE: Execute process Order to Cash in Collection with a focus on efficiency, first-time quality and overall continuous process improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages and execute Order to Cash Collection process.
• Support to maintain and improve service performance metrics reports including, but not limited to, collection AR to customers and maintain acceptable level of overdue invoices
