Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Procure to Pay Ops Associate Manager in Taguig, Philippines, to drive OTC/PTP tower performance while coordinating with the Service Delivery Lead. The role follows a return-to-office setup at Manila Service Center and involves coaching a skilled team to meet client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive PTP experience, supervisory background, and familiarity with SAP/Oracle/ARIBA or Coupa to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years experience in PTP is required.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with PO creation, invoice processing and payment processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead OTC & PTP tower performance to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance and reporting to the Service Delivery Lead.
• Coordinate workload balancing and resolve clarifications with Onshore team.
• Review and approve AP/AR documents for cash applications and billing.
• Handle client discussions and process clarifications to ensure scope alignment.
• Monitor SLAs, provide management metrics, and coach team members.

POSITION TITLE: Procure to Pay Ops Assoc Manager

WORK SETUP: Return to Office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides responsibility for OTC & PTP Tower overall performance to meet all agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Responsible for activities assigned by the Service Delivery Lead.
• Timely reporting of OTC & PTP day-to-day team performance and issues.
• Assist Team in all activities performed within Manila Service Center including workload balancing and mediate concerns or clarifications balancing and mediate concerns or clarifications to Onshore Team.
• Perform review and approval of processed documents by AP & AR Team for cash applications and billing.
• Handle Client discussion including concerns, process clarifications and scope alignment.
• Resolve complex inquiries including tasks and reports.
• Monitor SLAs and provide metrics report for Management and Client.
• Monitor Team and individual performances.
• Handle procedure updates and coordinate approval and discussion with the Client.
• Handle escalations and implement process controls.
• Responsible for coaching and mentoring of direct reports.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• With at least 7 years relevant experience in PTP
• 5 years supervisory experience
• Must be open to consider at least 1 of the following experiences:
• Creation of Purchase Order
• Invoice Processing
• Payment Processing
• Open to any industry
• Knowledge in SAP, Oracle, ARIBA, or Coupa is good to have
