Job summary

Accenture PLC in Manila is seeking a Procure to Pay Operations Sr Manager to oversee the PTP Tower teams, ensuring productivity and quality while handling complex cases and customer issues. You will supervise processors and analysts, drive performance metrics, and coordinate with Quality and Audit resources to sustain improvement.

The role requires long-tenured leadership experience in STP/AP-P2P processes, and the position is based on-site in Quezon City with night-shift coverage and weekends

Qualifications

• With at least 12+ years of relevant experience.
• With minimum 5 years Source to Pay (STP) experience.
• With AP/P2P process exposure.
• With at least 10 years people leadership/managerial experience.
• Accounting or Finance Degree
• CPPP certification is preferred only
• Open to any major ERP/P2P platform
• Open to any Shared Services, GBS (Global Business Services), or BPO environment

• Service Level Agreements and Performance Metrics: Front line contact for questions or issues surrounding service levels.
• Quality: Participates in providing feedback to the Quality team for improvement suggestions.
• Quality: Works with auditing resources on individual and team error trends.
• Quality: Ensures timely feedback is provided to individuals and teams on quality issues, changes or trends.
• Performance Management: Assists in the creation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for Team Members not meeting expected production or quality targets, monitors program for a defined period.
• Performance Management: Provides suggestions to Management on unit performance, including motivation tactics, incentive programs and performance rewards.

OVERALL PURPOSE

The person will be responsible for overseeing teams of Processors and Analysts under PTP Tower. He/ she has performance oversight for their team and ensures that productivity and quality metrics are met and reported. He/ she also oversees complex cases and customers and troubleshooting issues.
