Qualifications

• At least 8 years relevant work experience in PTP and minimum 5 years supervisory.

Ensures efficient and compliant contingent workforce management by bridging business teams and operational support. This role focuses on ticket triage, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and leveraging data insights to resolve issues and optimize work delivery systems.
