Job summary

S&R Membership Shopping in Cebu City seeks a Warehouse Inventory Officer to maintain stock accuracy and implement FEFO/FIFO practices. You will supervise forklift drivers and coordinate with operations to optimize space and workflow.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, at least 2 years in a related field, and strong organizational and analytical skills. This is a full-time on-site position based in Cebu.

Job Description

• Ensuring stocks are in their proper storage, applying storage and stock management principles relevant to inventory volume needs. Conduct regular audits, implement inventory management techniques to maintain accurate records, prevent stockouts and overstocking.

• Ensuring all case pick and layer pick SKUs have pick slots, and with enough number of pallets in the assigned pick lots. Identifying active from seasonal SKUs and their need in the pick slots.

• Implementing and maintaining efficient inventory control procedures, such as system procedures relevant to FEFO and FIFO principles, and near expiry merchandise.

• Analyzing reports on outbound service levels, load plan, and inbound expected volumes and other relevant metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Make sure unassigned SKUs report is generated correctly, reported on time, and be done accurately.

• Training and supervising forklift drivers and let-down secretaries on stock management practices. Evaluating performance to ensure productivity and adherence to safety standards. Monitors safety and security of goods and materials.

• Work closely with the operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth stock flow and address any discrepancies or any issues that arises. Coordinates storage of received goods, optimizing warehouse layout and workflow and maximize space utilization and efficiency.

• Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of bachelor’s degree in supply chain management

• At least two (2) years' experience in related industry

• Strong Organizational and analytical skills, Knowledgeable in inventory management software and systems, Attention to detail, Problem-solving skills

• Certified NCII or can at least operate an MHE/Forklift or Reach Truck

• Willing to work full onsite.
