Job description
Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound deliveries (receiving, dispatching, returns).
Encode daily inventory movement in the warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP software.
Coordinate with e-commerce operations, couriers, and logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch.
Monitor stock levels and generate regular inventory reports.
Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
Prepare and file necessary documents such as delivery receipts, waybills, return slips, and discrepancy reports.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and printing of warehouse-related documents.
Communicate with suppliers, riders, and internal teams for delivery and order updates.
Ensure accurate labeling and tagging of inventory items.
Supports in picking, checking and scanning.
Support warehouse manager in monitoring pick-and-pack performance.
Follow safety and cleanliness standards within the warehouse.
Additional tasks that may be given by the supervisors.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or vocational training in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage.
At least 1 year experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock control roles prefered.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP (JST, BigSeller, Oracle Netsuite, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic competency in MS Excel and inventory softwares.Ability to work independently and handle physical inventory tasks.
