Job summary

S&R Membership Shopping in Biñan, Laguna is seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Reports Analyst to maintain and oversee all fulfillment reports, ensuring timely and accurate data for operations. The role supports replenishment, Buying, and Inbound teams while coordinating vendor performance and inbound communications.

The position requires hands-on maintenance of filing systems, strong MS Excel and MMS skills, and clear written communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any college degree program.
• Has at least two (2) years of experience in the same industry.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MMS.
• Above average verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and math skills.
• Willing to work full onsite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all fulfillment reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate reports and monitoring; create and maintain filing systems (soft copy and hard copy); file segregation.
• Shares inventory status with replenishment team.
• Generates MMS item receipt and sales then share with Fulfillment supervisors.
• Summarize inbound shipment for local vendor delivery and Inbound department receiving performance.
• In-charge of preparing and sharing local vendor performance with Buying department and local vendors.
• In-charge of preparing and sharing local incoming notice with Inbound department.
• Tracks and updates truck and pallet rental.
• Facilitates preparation of meeting area and other related concern.
