Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update warehouse records, inventory reports, and documentation.
• Process and monitor receiving, issuance, transfer, and delivery documents.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and operational reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, logistics providers, and other departments regarding inventory movements and delivery schedules.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of warehouse documents, including receiving reports, delivery receipts, and inventory records.
• Assist in inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation activities.
• Monitor stock movements and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
• Enter and update data in inventory management systems and spreadsheets.
• Respond to inquiries related to inventory status, deliveries, and warehouse transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Perform other administrative and warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or logistics is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
