Job summary

Krayden, Inc. seeks a Dayforce Systems Administrator (SME) to own the Dayforce HCM environment, including WFM, Payroll, and Performance, in a hybrid role.

You will act as the internal Dayforce expert, lead module rollouts and multi-country projects, and coordinate with HR, IT, and third‑party developers.

Requirements: 3+ years Dayforce configuration, strong English communication, and the ability to translate business needs into system changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Dayforce configuration across at least two modules: WFM, Compensation, Payroll, or Performance.
• Experience independently managing configuration changes from business requirements through testing and deployment.
• Experience participating in or leading a Dayforce implementation, module rollout, or major system change project.
• Working knowledge of project management fundamentals: scope, timelines, RAID logs, UAT planning, cutover, go-live.
• Experience liaising with Dayforce Professional Services or third-party developers, including writing technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Krayden's Dayforce HCM environment.
• Lead larger Dayforce initiatives as the internal project manager, coordinating internal stakeholders and external technical resources.
• Train HR and business users on new configurations and Dayforce features as deployed.
